These terms apply to the use of the interosmo.gr website and to purchases from the online shop. By using the website and by completing an order you accept these terms.

2. Products and prices
Product descriptions, photos and technical specifications are given as accurately as possible. Photos are indicative and the appearance may differ slightly.
Prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately in the cart before you complete your order. We may change prices without notice. Changes do not affect orders already placed.
If there is an obvious error in the price or availability of a product, we will contact you before processing the order. You may cancel it free of charge.
3. Orders
Your order is placed when you complete checkout and accept these terms and the Returns & Cancellations Policy. You then receive a confirmation email with the order details. You can also print or save the confirmation from the order-received page.
For systems designed or sized especially for you (e.g. large reverse osmosis systems), the price, delivery time and delivery method are agreed with you in advance.
4. Payment methods
We accept credit, debit and prepaid Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners and Discover cards through the secure Nexi XPay platform, as well as bank transfer. Cash on delivery is not offered. Details: Payment Methods.
5. Shipping and delivery
Orders are shipped throughout Greece by courier or by a freight company, or can be collected free of charge from our store. Details: Shipping & Delivery.
6. Right of withdrawal, returns and cancellations
As a consumer you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery. Conditions, exceptions and the procedure are described in the Returns & Cancellations Policy.
7. Warranty
All products are covered by the two-year legal guarantee for defects, in accordance with Greek Law 2251/1994. Where an additional manufacturer’s warranty applies, it is stated on the product. The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse or lack of maintenance, nor consumables (cartridges, membranes, UV lamps) due to normal wear.
8. Installation
Systems are installed by a technician of your choice and the installation fee is agreed directly with them. If you have trouble finding a technician, contact us and we will help.
9. Transaction security and personal data
Card payments are made in the secure Nexi XPay environment. Your card details never pass through our website. See Transaction Security and our Privacy Policy.
10. Intellectual property
The content of the website (texts, photos, logos) belongs to INTEROSMO IKE or its respective owners and is protected by intellectual property law. It may not be reproduced without written permission.
11. Disputes
For any issue, please contact us first at info@interosmo.gr or +30 210 4101540. You may also contact the Hellenic Consumer Ombudsman. Greek law applies and the courts of Athens have jurisdiction.
