Order cancellation
You can cancel your order free of charge before it is shipped. Contact us at info@interosmo.gr or +30 210 4101540 and quote your order number. If you have already paid, we refund the full amount using the same payment method within 14 days.
If the order has already been shipped, the withdrawal procedure below applies.
Right of withdrawal (14 days)
As a consumer you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the products, without giving any reason.
- Inform us in writing at info@interosmo.gr within the 14 days, stating your order number and the products you are returning.
- Send the products to: INTEROSMO IKE, Pefkon 6, 144 51 Metamorfosi, Attica, Greece, no later than 14 days after informing us.
- Products must be unused, complete and in their original packaging, with all parts and documents.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the product is defective or wrong.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the products, we refund the amount within 14 days of your notice, using the same payment method: to your card for card payments, or to a bank account you give us for bank transfer payments. The original shipping cost is also refunded, up to the cost of the cheapest shipping method we offer. If a product is returned damaged or incomplete through use, the loss in value may be deducted.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
- Products made or sized especially for you (e.g. reverse osmosis or water treatment systems made to order).
- Sealed consumables that come into contact with drinking water (cartridges, membranes, filters), if unsealed after delivery, for hygiene reasons.
- Products that have been installed or used.
Defective or wrong products
Check the packaging on delivery. If the product is damaged in transit, defective or different from what you ordered, let us know within 3 working days with photos. We will replace it or refund you at no cost to you. Defects that appear later are covered by the two-year legal guarantee.
